  1. We had a man on a quad a few weeks ago spraying the weeds. All well and good but was he using fertiliser as all the weeds have doubled in size. What exactly do I pay £158 a month for, it seems like- not alot

  2. As usual most of road repairs are not in East Dorset Perhaps DCC can tell us why this area is so neglected

  3. what about the roads coming into child Okeford . when Durweston bridge was closed everybody cut though child Okeford as a short cut and the back road have suffered form this . so what can be done about this

  4. I was travelling home to Bridport from London yesterday 19 September, and at Mac Donald’s roundabout dorchester the road was close.there were no signs indicating a clear alternative route and after an hour of getting lost I flagged down a car who kindly led me back to Bridport.please please please mark alternative routes.
I was not the only one lost.

    1. Hi Judy, sorry to hear of the trouble you had – this stretch of road is managed by Highways England, who were carrying out surfacing works last week. I’ll ask a colleague to pass your comment on to them.
