Dorset Council News – out soon

The spring edition of our residents’ magazine, Dorset Council News, will be landing on your doormat this March.

Topics include council tax and budgets; the council’s priorities; an update on planning; the climate and ecological emergency; support for children and adults; and health and wellbeing.

There’s also news of the Visit-Dorset Attractions Festival taking place this April, helping you make the most of beautiful Dorset while enjoying some great money-saving offers.

About the magazine

The cost of the design, print and distribution of the magazine is fully funded by advertising income. This means we can provide residents with council news and information, without having to spend thousands of pounds on production and distribution costs.

It’s published three times a year, in March, June and November, and is delivered to all households in the Dorset Council area (around 180,000 homes). It’s also available in all Dorset libraries and on CD on request – contact the communications team.

The magazine is printed on paper from renewable sources, such as wood pulp, and is fully recyclable using your kerbside collection bin. If you receive a paper copy but would prefer an email version, please let the communications team know.
