Dorset Council have launched a consultation for modifications to Purbeck’s Community Infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule.
A community Infrastructure levy(CIL) is a payment that councils can charge developers for new development in their area.
The CIL is used to help deliver infrastructure to support the development of their area.
The Planning Inspector has already viewed the draft schedule and this consultation will consider proposed modifications to it.
