The amount of time Dorset Council is taking to complete land charges search requests has been more than halved since October. For the month of February, the average time to return a search was 26 working days compared to an average of 62 working days last October.
Thanks to generous donations from residents in Dorset, over £75K have been raised to help older people struggling to stay warm this winter.
Work to improve energy efficiency and install low carbon technologies has started at over 60 council owned sites using £19 million of grant funding.
