The A348, Ringwood Road in Ferndown will be closed overnight for three nights from 8pm to 5am the following morning on the Tuesday 14, Wednesday 15 and Thursday 16 December 2021. The work will be completed by 5am on Friday 17 December.
It will close from south of Dunedin Drive to north of the entrance to Longham Business Park. The junctions onto Ringwood Road from Casterbridge Road and Angel Lane will also be closed.
The closures are part of the ongoing Transforming Cities Fund improvement works, currently underway on Ringwood Road. They are necessary to carry out road resurfacing and to allow the installation of new road markings.
During these night-time closures a diversion will be in place from the Longham Roundabouts, along Ham Lane, Canford Bottom Roundabout, Wimborne Road, Trickets Cross roundabout and back along Ringwood Road. (See map)
