Follow the Roman road to the Rain Barrows on Duddle Heath with Kath Clay, Countryside Ranger, and Steve Wallis, Senior Archaeologist, Dorset Council.
This walk lasts 1½ hours, covering 2 miles, including some slopes.
Meet at Thorncombe Woods car park, Higher Bockhampton, Stinsford near Dorchester (DT2 8QJ, grid reference SY 725 921). This is a pay and display car park.
