Garden community proposal – Council appoints consultants to consider future plans for growth

Work continues on the policies that underpin the Dorset Council Local Plan to ensure that it provides Dorset residents with the accommodation, employment and facilities that they will need over the next 17 years. This includes the need to provide housing for people who cannot afford to buy or rent from the housing market.
