And are you directly involved in, or supporting, the delivery of the care for patients or clients?<\/p>\n<p>There are 2 levels of access to the DCR:\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>Care Professional<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>Clerical Admin<\/strong><\/span>. Both levels need to complete the DCR mandatory training and pass a brief assessment.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Staff from the Dorset Council and GP Practices only <\/strong>need to complete a <a href=\"https:\/\/dorset-self.achieveservice.com\/AchieveForms\/?mode=fill&amp;consentMessage=yes&amp;form_uri=sandbox-publish:\/\/AF-Process-b8bf59e9-638f-4b2e-adf6-7aa8779bf4af\/AF-Stage-8cecd128-d73e-4095-bc35-35f5d6c0d084\/definition.json&amp;process=1&amp;process_uri=sandbox-processes:\/\/AF-Process-b8bf59e9-638f-4b2e-adf6-7aa8779bf4af&amp;process_id=AF-Process-b8bf59e9-638f-4b2e-adf6-7aa8779bf4af\">new account request form<\/a>\u00a0before completing their training.
