Children\u2019s referrals from Dorset Council (DC) have this week been added to the Dorset Care Record, expanding the amount of social care information available.\u00a0 The information will include the date the referral is received, the specialty\/team referred to, the referral source and the referral status.\u00a0 An example is shown below.<\/p>\n

The move will be particularly beneficial to other health professionals, who will be able to see details of the status of a child\u2019s referral and their level of involvement with Children\u2019s social care.<\/p>\n

In the coming weeks, the Dorset Care Record is expecting to receive pathology feeds from UHD and further social care information in the form of care packages from Adult Services and relationships from Dorset Council.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
