An internationally renowned IT company that usually works with young people in STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) is now introducing new events for adults here in Dorset.
CGI has teamed up with #DigitalDorset to offer a free STEM camp for any adult who wants to feel more confident about using the internet.
The event, which will be held at Dorchester Library on 9 March, aims to relieve any fears people may have about going online while showing them all the useful things they can do on the internet.
There will be a section on cyber security and how to stay safe online, online banking, how to apply for benefits like Universal Credit and how to save money by searching for the best deals.
People are encouraged to bring their own devices.
The STEM camp, which will be held from 9.30am to 12.30pm, is totally free and open to anyone aged 18 and over.
Places are very limited and must be booked in advance.
