{"id":185,"date":"2016-02-19T15:18:58","date_gmt":"2016-02-19T15:18:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/news.dorsetforyou.gov.uk\/digital-first\/?p=185"},"modified":"2016-02-19T15:32:35","modified_gmt":"2016-02-19T15:32:35","slug":"aiming-for-100-very-satisfied","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/news.dorsetcouncil.gov.uk\/digital-first\/2016\/02\/19\/aiming-for-100-very-satisfied\/","title":{"rendered":"Aiming for 100% very satisfied"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>During November and December 2015 we\u00a0ran a web survey of dorsetforyou.com, asking for feedback on site content, navigation and the search.\u00a0Three customers selected from the\u00a0640 responses won a \u00a350 M&amp;S voucher for their efforts.<\/p>\n<p>Whilst the winners spent their vouchers, we spent time analysing the results. Our hope is to baseline satisfaction in order to measure ongoing improvements, so the next time we run this survey we&#8217;ll\u00a0have a good comparison.<\/p>\n<p>The results were positive overall:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>76% were able to fully complete the task they visited for, a further 13% were able to partially complete it and 11% were unable to complete it<\/li>\n<li>89% were satisfied with their overall experience of the website over the past three months<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/news.dorsetforyou.gov.uk\/digital-first\/files\/2016\/02\/overall-how-satisfied-2.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-196\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-196 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/news.dorsetforyou.gov.uk\/digital-first\/files\/2016\/02\/overall-how-satisfied-2.jpg\" alt=\"Overall how satisfied are you with Dorsetforyou.com?\" width=\"839\" height=\"377\" srcset=\"https:\/\/news.dorsetcouncil.gov.uk\/digital-first\/files\/2016\/02\/overall-how-satisfied-2.jpg 839w, https:\/\/news.dorsetcouncil.gov.uk\/digital-first\/files\/2016\/02\/overall-how-satisfied-2-300x135.jpg 300w, https:\/\/news.dorsetcouncil.gov.uk\/digital-first\/files\/2016\/02\/overall-how-satisfied-2-768x345.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 839px) 100vw, 839px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Of course, we don&#8217;t want to settle for satisfied. We want all our customers to come away &#8216;very satisfied&#8217; with the website.
