It was generally engaging and a good mix of interaction, presentation and guest speakers to keep it interesting.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Tommy Cartledge, of Active Dorset, said: \u201cIt helped me with the knowledge of how to use soft skills when working with customers, e.g., the language to use, no jargon!!! It\u2019s a fun and enjoyable programme that gives you the knowledge and skills to help individuals access the online world.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sally Hobson, Customer Services Officer, said: \u201cThis is an all-encompassing training course to give you ideas and knowledge of what is out there and encouraging you to make the most of it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>100% of people who have completed the training said it exceeded their expectations and another 93% said they now feel confident helping their customers.<\/p>\n<p>Be like Digital Norma \u2013 and Helen, Tommy and Sally \u2013 and find out about embedded digital champion today!
