Dorset HealthCare (DHC) are one of the partnership organisations of the Dorset Care Record (DCR) along with the Councils, Acute Hospitals and Clinical Commissioning Group. DHC is responsible for all mental health and physical health services in Dorset.<\/p>\n
Emily Gadd, DHC Project Support Officer, has organised a range of information stands at DHC\u2019s Community Hospitals throughout May and June. The information stands are an important way to educate, bring people up to speed with DHC\u2019s mental and physical health data coming on stream shortly and encourage staff to use the DCR.<\/p>\n

Emily says \u201cThe DCR will benefit our staff in many ways; it will help us find patients when they are not in their homes as expected, it will help us to minimised clashes of appointment, it will help us know which teams and keyworkers our patients are under as well as themselves and create a faster and more cohesive integrated working environment.\u00a0 Anything that saves clinical time is a big bonus.\u201d<\/p>\n
