We even have some sheet music!<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the many volumes in the library, nestled in our repository is a treasure trove of rare books; they may be \u2018rare\u2019 because they are first editions, limited in number or perhaps it is the only surviving copy. There are over 800 books within the collection and you can search using our handy list in our search room to get an idea of what we hold. These books are also listed on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.librarieswest.org.uk\/client\/en_GB\/default\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LibrariesWest online catalogue<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Interested in the Tudors? Perhaps <em>Adultery Anatomized<\/em>\u00a0will interest you. Published in 1761, it includes details of the trial of Anne Boleyn. We hold many first editions of Thomas Hardy\u2019s work, including publications where his work was first published in a serialized form. Whilst the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Editions are available on the shelves of our library, we have earlier editions in our rare books collection.
