Good Morning, We have just had our recycling bin emptied this morning 15thJune 2022, would like a new bin as the black cap at the end of bin keeps coming off and then can not find it, today the bin lid must have fallen into lorry as not on bin when i took it out side our house this morning, so a new bin would be brilliant. Our house no 4,East Drove, Langton Matravers BH19 3HF
A few months ago the the pavements of Meadow Lane, Folly Lane, Lincleith Lane and Colliers Lane were resurfaced producing a great improvement in appearance. It wasn’t long before various painted marks and numbers appeared. Now they have all been dug up by a company called Emdec. I believe they are laying fibre optic cabling.
They have left the pavements looking a real mess. Nothing wrong with the repair to the trenches they dug out, but the the rest of the pavement surface and the gutters are covered in a sandy/cementy look completely undoing your previous good work. Should they not leave as found?
Hi Martin, one of our inspectors has been out to Wool and has spoken with the companies concerned about the issues you raised. They said they are planning to use a mechanical road sweeper to clean the carriageway and footways in all roads where the excavations have taken place. Thank you, best regards, Claire
Hi,
Our recycling rubbish bin was emptied out on Friday 22nd September.
When I brought the bin back in I noticed the top lid had split and was damaged after being emptied.
Please can you advise if I can order a replacement bin?

Yellow lines not been reinstated on Park Rd Swanage, consequently cars parked on both sides of the road. Accident waiting to happen.
