Arrived St.Omer 5 a.m. & detrained & march to French Cavalry Barrack. Moved to Square at 2 p.m. near Hotel de Ville with remainder of Brigade. German Aeroplane dropped 2 bombs on the town & killed 1 woman & a child. Battalion put into Motors at 6. 30 p.m. & after making a detour of 40 miles arrived at CAESTRE at 2 p.m. 13th.
