At 6.15 a.m. Battalion ordered to march via Bridge over River LYS through ERQUINHEM and take ARMENTIERES which was occupied by Germans. R[oyal] Irish Fusiliers got into touch and took the town with a little street fighting. At 4 p.m. Battalion moved on & went into billets near the Station.
