Snow with greetings to the 4th Division this the first anniversary of battle of LE CATEAU. Relieved at 9.30 pm. By 1st Kings Own Lancaster Regt. New section of line, front now includes left Coy of 2nd Seaforth Highlanders, taken over by Kings Own. Battalion marched to FORCEVILLE arriving 12.30 am. Billeted in houses & barns, a dirty village.
