Sharp frost again, very cold, not much doing.

Very cold again, a sharp frost. Quiet day & not much doing. I stop in nearly all day & have a sleep in the afternoon, very nice. Quiet night & good sleep.

Sharp frost & very cold. The C.O. isn’t very well & stays in bed. I have a quiet day as well.

Very cold, heavy snowfall during the night. C.O. & General go round billets, everything alright. CSM Downing goes away.

Fine day but dull at night & starts to snow. Quiet day not much doing. Coys at Salvage. Capt. Oakley goes away.

Dull again, not quite as cold.

Dull morning & very cold, slight snow, have a very quiet day & stay indoors. Padre comes in at night & has a long chat.

Some snow again in the morning. C.O. inspected billets. Concert in the afternoon, very cold. I get a shoot in the afternoon & do very well.
