Dorset Council has received notice from Powerfuel that they intend to appeal the council’s decision to refuse planning permission for an Energy Recovery Facility at Portland Port.
Dorset Council has noticed an increase in damage being caused to its trees by some people across the county, including in Weymouth, Corfe Mullen, Alderholt and Sturminster Marshall.
A virtual public inquiry is to be held for the Appeals by DM Guppy & Sons. The appeal relates to several planning decisions regarding Guppy’s Yard on East Moors Lane, St Leonards.
