From Monday 28 March, Dorset Council will be rolling out new car park charges in council-owned car parks across the county.
Weymouth’s Pavilion car park is being used for two events this September, with drivers asked to use the town’s other central car parks to avoid delays.
Dorset Council is moving the public walkway at the far end of Weymouth Peninsula back by 5 metres as a temporary measure, following a recently-received survey into the condition of the harbour walls in this area.
Dorset Council is working closely with residents, Town and Parish Councils, and community and business representatives as we look to change the way we charge for parking at our car parks across the county from next year.
