Dorset Council launches consultation to shape the future of Dorset’s library service
Dorset Council has launched a public consultation to inform how they develop and deliver their library service in the future. Library users and non-users are being asked to share their views. The consultation runs from 25 October 2021 to 7 January 2022 and is available online.
Headteacher joins new school in Shaftesbury
Katie Charles has been appointed as the Headteacher of Dorset Council’s new school for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND).
Planning convergence and transformation October 2021
We will be transferring the planning and land charges information for the former East Dorset District Council into the new Dorset Council planning platform. This is the fifth phase of six to move all former district, borough, and county planning systems into one.
