Work on the next section of sustainable travel improvements on Wimborne Road East in Ferndown to start on 24 April 2023.
The new walking and cycling paths and sustainable travel improvements on Wimborne Road in Ferndown are making good progress, with the final construction phase (from Cobham Road to West Moors Road) due to begin in October 2022.
Ringwood Road in Ferndown will be closed overnight for 1 night on 25 March 2022, from 8pm to 6am the following morning.
Work to build new sustainable transport infrastructure on Wimborne Road West and Leigh Road has now completed and the 2.3km stretch of new walking and cycle paths and crossings are open and ready for use.
