New Zealand Orion Health Product Director Vianney Chauvineau this week spent a day meeting the Dorset Care Record team and the Integrated Care System’s Enterprise Digital Architect Graham Sheppard.
Chauvineau, who is meeting customer clients across Europe, visited with Orion Health’s UK and Ireland Product Owner Bruce Horne to discuss the progress of the diabetes pathway, our fledgling patient portal, myDCR roadmap and future product developments.
Among the PMO staff that he met were our head of service Andy Cowling; system manager Anthony Foot; and project managers Jodie Crowfoot and Theresa Smith. Smith said it was great to be able to navigate Chauvineau around the diabetes pathway, which is currently being used at Dorset County Hospital by consultants, dieticians and podiatrists.
Commenting on his visit on social media, Chauvineau said: “ Bruce and I enjoyed the 3 hours train ride from Waterloo but also working closely with Theresa and the team about user feedback on the diabetes pathway. It was also good to hear from Crystal Dennis, myDCR lead and Andy Cowling about the partnership and the direction of travel for MyDCR. Overall a very fruitful and action packed day.”
