Community Treatment orders from Dorset Council have become the next social care document to be added to the Dorset Care Record, expanding the amount of social care information available. This document will now be more readily accessible by practitioners from other services, saving time in having to source the information and will join the Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) reports that went live in July 2024.
In the coming month, the Dorset Care Record is expecting to receive further social care information from Dorset Council in the form of care packages from Adult Services and relationships across both Adults and Children’s services.
