Orion Health has this week published an updated digital Dorset Care Record case study. The online study is divided into five sections:
- The Customer – highlighting the work of our Integrated Care System and the collaboration between health and social care, evidenced through the wide-ranging Dorset Care Record partnership.
- The Challenge – looking at how in the past clinicians and care professionals would often only have access to a percentage of a citizen’s information due to organisational data siloes.
- The Solution – talking about our phased approach to implementation, based on regular releases of additional data and functionality.
- The Results – showcasing that we now have more than 2,000 authorised DCR users with the ability to grow to 7,000 and that 15,000 records were accessed by health and social care professionals during October.
- Future Developments – earmarking our planned citizen portal – my Dorset Care Record and the our diabetes pathway, which are both due to go live during spring 2021.
