DCR outreach at community hospitals

Dorset HealthCare (DHC) are one of the partnership organisations of the Dorset Care Record (DCR) along with the Councils, Acute Hospitals and Clinical Commissioning Group. DHC is responsible for all mental health and physical health services in Dorset.

Emily Gadd, DHC Project Support Officer, has organised a range of information stands at DHC’s Community Hospitals throughout May and June. The information stands are an important way to educate, bring people up to speed with DHC’s mental and physical health data coming on stream shortly and encourage staff to use the DCR.
