The Summary View within the Dorset HealthCare HTML viewer has now been added to the Community view in the Dorset Care Record, enhancing practitioners information about patients from a mental health perspective.
Emily Gadd, DHC project team manager, said this will benefit all DCR users, so for example, those in an acute setting or in local authorities, such as social workers as it will allow professionals to see a summary of the most recent activities of DHC’s patients.
Meanwhile, we have successfully upgraded the system over the weekend. The work means that data in the DCR is now hosted in an even safer and more secure environment and it also paves the way for the introduction of the patient health record – myDCR – expected later this year!
