Are you a health or social care professional in a practice or administrative role? And are you directly involved in, or supporting, the delivery of the care for patients or clients? Then you can request access to the DCR by completing your DCR mandatory training and passing a brief assessment.
- Staff from the Dorset Council and GP Practices only need to complete a new account request form before completing their training. They can then proceed with the training.
- All other staff, please proceed with the training as per the diagram below:
There are 2 levels of access to the DCR: Care Professional and Clerical Admin, and DCR System Admin will provide you with the right level of access following you successfully completing your DCR assessment.
