The Dorset Care Record portal is being upgraded to introduce new functionality. This is a planned upgrade and as a result the system will not be available from 12.01am on Wednesday 23 October. The system may be down for up to two days to enable robust testing to take place. However, we will endeavour to keep the downtime to a minimum and will update all users with regards to our progress.
The new upgrade will include allergies coming on stream from Dorset County Hospital; changes to remove the consent screens to reflect our discussion to view policy, as agreed with the Information Commissioner and all partner organisations; some bug fixes and the introduction of the maternity clinical pathway for practitioners. Once live, we will send a document covering the key changes.
