Pre-op assessment data and RMS e-docs have been added into the shared care record by Dorset County Hospital (DCH) this week.
The pre-of information will be useful for other services who may have booked in a patient for surgery to have a baseline of patient’s general health and anaesthetic risks.
The RMS information will provide users with information regarding negative mammograms. DCH also aims for this to be accessible to patients as well in our patient portal myDCR, so they can see their results at the earliest opportunity, without having to wait for the post.
