An inactive user survey is being circulated to find out why people no longer use the Dorset Care Record. The DCR is being used by nearly 4,000 health and social care professionals. Most are using Single Sign On click throughs from their Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system to get into the DCR at the touch of a button.
From a recent survey in February 2022 with active users, we learnt that approx. 95% of users saved time, and were able to improve the care they give by using our shared care record. Continue reading “Inactive User Survey launched – Why people may not be using the DCR”
