Our clinical maternity pathway goes live

Our first element of our citizen portal – the clinical maternity pathway – has gone live across the Dorset Care Record Partnership.

The pathway will be of particular benefit to midwives and health visitors, giving them a full audit trail of what is happening during the expectant mum’s pregnancy. They will also have a more holistic picture of the mum-to-be as they will be able to see their GP summary record and, in time, discharge medications.

Dorset Care Record Portal Back Open for Business

The Dorset Care Record portal is now back open for business following a successful upgrade today and robust testing. The new upgrade includes allergies coming on stream from Dorset County Hospital; changes to remove the consent screens to reflect our discussion to view policy, as agreed with the Information Commissioner and all partner organisation; some bug fixes and the introduction of the maternity clinical pathway for practitioners.

DCR Planned Outage

The Dorset Care Record portal is being upgraded to introduce new functionality.  This is a planned upgrade and as a result the system will not be available from 12.01am on Wednesday 23 October. The system may be down for up to two days to enable robust testing to take place. However, we will endeavour to keep the downtime to a minimum and will update all users with regards to our progress.
