Additional training dates set up for the Dorset Care Record
We have now added a further 7 dates to the calendar over the next 3 months (effectively now delivering the webinar on a weekly basis). Anyone wishing to book a space on the 30 minute webinar needs to email dcrtraining@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk with their name, job title and preferred slot.

Mosaic Single Sign On browser issues resolved – Dorset Care Record
Local authority staff using Single Sign On from Mosaic through to the Dorset Care Record will have encountered some access problems in recent months when using certain web browsers. This issue has now been fixed by our tech providers Orion Health and tested by Dorset Council as part of the Orion Health platform upgrade You should now have a seamless experience in moving at a single click from Mosaic to DCR.
